- Direct interactions with Iksha Labs as a service provider
Deployed Services: When our AI services are deployed on behalf of a client organization ("Deploying Organization"), that organization is the data controller and their privacy policy applies to end users. Iksha Labs acts as a data processor. When you interact directly with Iksha Labs platforms or services, this policy applies.

- Professional information (company, job title)
- Account credentials
- Communications and feedback
Automatically Collected (Website):
- IP address, browser type, device information
- Pages viewed, clicks, time spent

AI Services:
- Text or voice inputs processed during your interaction
- Session information (identifiers, duration, timestamps)
- Information you share during interactions (queries, preferences, uploaded content)
- For voice services: phone number, call duration, voice recordings processed in real-time
Important: Our AI systems use artificial intelligence to process your inputs and respond. You are interacting with an AI system, which will be disclosed at the start of each interaction.

AI Training: We do not use your identifiable personal data or voice recordings to train AI models without your explicit consent.

For deployed services, the Deploying Organization is responsible for regulatory compliance (see Section 1).

Service Providers
Third-party providers for telephony, speech recognition, AI processing, and cloud hosting. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data. Sub-processor list available on request at privacy@ikshalabs.com.
Deploying Organizations
When you interact with a voice assistant deployed by a business, relevant data is shared with them to fulfill the service.
Legal Requirements
When required by law or court order.

In case of merger or acquisition.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for website functionality and analytics cookies to understand usage. A consent banner appears on first visit. You can manage preferences in your browser settings.

Deploying Organizations may have their own retention requirements. Data is securely deleted after retention expires.
Despite our efforts to protect personal data, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. Nevertheless, Iksha Labs Private Limited strives to implement and maintain industry-standard security safeguards to protect personal data during retention and storage
10. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of your personal data
- Correction — correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Deletion — request erasure of your data
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent — opt out of processing at any time
- Object — object to certain types of processing
- Non-discrimination — exercise rights without penalty
Applicable laws: DPDP Act 2023 (India), GDPR (EU/UK), and applicable US state privacy laws. We do not sell your personal data.

Grievance Redressal: Any grievance or concern relating to the processing of personal data or the exercise of rights under this Privacy Policy may be raised in accordance with the Grievance Redressal mechanism provided under Section 16 of this Policy.
11. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed by service providers in various countries. For transfers outside your jurisdiction, we ensure appropriate safeguards including contractual protections equivalent to Standard Contractual Clauses.

Our Services are not for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

In case of a breach, we will notify relevant authorities (Data Protection Board of India, supervisory authorities under GDPR where applicable) and affected individuals as required by law.
15. Changes
We may update this Policy. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
